   TVS Training & Services Partnership: We successfully conducted specialized Job Fairs in collaboration with TVS Training and Services at Subbareddypalayam. This initiative directly impacted 50 members of the local community, providing them with the training and placement opportunities needed to enter the formal workforce.

   Campus Placement Drives: We organized dedicated placement events at Loganatha Narayanasamy Government Arts College, where we successfully facilitated career opportunities for 87 students. This drive helped bright minds from marginalized backgrounds transition directly from the classroom to a professional career.

   Mega Job Fair (Alandur): In a major collaborative effort with the Equitas Development Initiative Trust, we organized a Mega Job Fair at Alandur. This event was a significant success, securing placements and livelihood support for 60 members, connecting them with corporate employers in a single day.
