Dr. I. Mary Metilda Founder, Jeevidham Trust
Driven by a deep passion for social service and community development, Dr. I. Mary Metilda founded Jeevidham Trust in April 2018 with the vision of creating an inclusive society where every individual has the opportunity to live with dignity, hope, and self-reliance. The Trust was officially registered under the Indian Trust Act in June 2018 and has since grown into a trusted organization serving children, women, persons with disabilities, senior citizens, and underserved communities.
Under her leadership, Jeevidham Trust has implemented a wide range of impactful initiatives, including educational support for children, women empowerment and livelihood programmes, healthcare and hygiene awareness, community outreach, environmental sustainability projects, and humanitarian assistance for vulnerable families.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Dr. I. Mary Metilda Founder, Jeevidham Trust
Mr. R. Irudaya Selva Doss serves as the Director of Jeevidham Trust, bringing over three decades of dedicated public service and administrative experience to the organization.
He began his career in the Customs Department in 1990 as a Sepoy and steadily advanced through various positions, including Head Havaldar, Lower Division Clerk (LDC), and Tax Assistant, before retiring from government service in June 2021.
Inspired by a lifelong commitment to serving society, he co-founded Jeevidham Trust in 2018 and has been actively involved in guiding the organization’s growth and community initiatives. As Director, he plays a key role in strengthening governance, programme implementation, partnerships, and organizational development while working closely with the Founder to expand the Trust’s social impact.
His leadership has contributed to the successful implementation of programmes focused on education, women empowerment, healthcare, livelihood development, environmental sustainability, and community welfare, benefiting thousands of individuals across Tamil Nadu.
In recognition of his outstanding public service and continued contribution to society, he received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Police–Public Connector in 2024.

Mrs. Veronica Jenifer, a Trustee at Jeevidham Trust with 8 years of dedicated service in guiding the organization’s mission to provide food, clothing, shelter, education, and medical support to underprivileged children and elderly people.
