Education & Child Development

We are committed to ensure that every child has access to quality education and holistic development. Through our educational initiatives, we support children from underserved communities with academic assistance, life skills, learning resources, exposure visits, and school infrastructure improvements. Our programmes create opportunities for children to learn, grow, and build a brighter future.

Women Empowerment & Livelihood

Empowering women through skill development, livelihood promotion, financial inclusion, and entrepreneurship initiatives. We support Self-Help Groups (SHGs), vocational training programmes, livelihood assistance, and leadership development, enabling women to become economically independent and active contributors to their communities.

Health, Hygiene & Well-being

We believe good health is the foundation of a better life. Jeevidham Trust conducts medical camps, mental health awareness sessions, menstrual hygiene programmes, nutrition initiatives, and clean drinking water projects to improve the health and well-being of underserved communities.

Community Development & Outreach

We work closely with communities to address social challenges through outreach programmes, employment initiatives, awareness campaigns, food distribution, and humanitarian support. Our interventions promote dignity, inclusion, and sustainable community development.

Environment & Sustainability

Environmental sustainability is an integral part of our mission. Through tree plantation drives, climate awareness programmes, waste management initiatives, and water conservation projects, we encourage communities to protect natural resources and build a greener future.

Life Skills & Capacity Building

Developing essential life skills that enable children and youth to become confident, responsible, and future-ready individuals. The programme focuses on communication, leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, emotional well-being, career guidance, and personality development through interactive training sessions and experiential learning.

Educational Exposure Visits

Providing experiential learning opportunities beyond the classroom through visits to libraries, science centres, museums, educational institutions, and environmental learning spaces. These visits broaden students’ perspectives, enhance practical knowledge, stimulate curiosity, and encourage holistic learning and career aspirations.

School Sanitation Infrastructure Development
Building Safe, Healthy, and Inclusive Learning Spaces

Jeevidham Trust, in partnership with Rox Hi-Tech Limited, implemented the School Sanitation Infrastructure Development Project to enhance the learning environment for children studying in Government Schools and Social Justice Hostels across Tamil Nadu. The project was designed to address critical gaps in school sanitation infrastructure and promote health, hygiene, and overall student well-being.

Recognizing that access to clean water and proper sanitation is essential for quality education, the project focused on providing safe drinking water systems, improving sanitation facilities, and creating awareness on hygiene practices among students and school communities. These interventions have significantly contributed to reducing health risks, improving attendance, and creating a safer and healthier environment conducive to learning.

Beyond infrastructure development, the project incorporated hygiene education sessions to encourage students to adopt healthy practices, fostering long-term behavioural change. The initiative also supports the Government’s vision of improving public school infrastructure while contributing to sustainable educational development.

The project reflects Jeevidham Trust’s commitment to creating equitable educational opportunities where every child has access to a safe, clean, and dignified learning environment.

Livelihood Support – Areca Leaf Plate Making Initiative
Empowering Women Through Sustainable Livelihood Opportunities

With the support of Rox Hi-Tech Limited, Jeevidham Trust implemented the Livelihood Support – Areca Leaf Plate Making Initiative to promote economic empowerment and sustainable livelihoods among women from underserved communities. The project was designed to strengthen financial independence by providing vocational skills, entrepreneurship opportunities, and eco-friendly livelihood options.

The initiative involved hands-on training in the production of biodegradable areca leaf plates and related products using modern equipment and sustainable manufacturing practices. Participants received practical guidance on product preparation, quality standards, packaging, marketing, and small business management, enabling them to establish self-employment opportunities and generate regular income.

By encouraging the production of environmentally friendly alternatives to single-use plastic products, the project simultaneously supports environmental conservation and women’s economic empowerment. The initiative also promotes confidence, leadership, and entrepreneurship among women while encouraging collective growth through community participation.

Through this programme, Jeevidham Trust continues its mission of creating sustainable livelihood opportunities that improve household income, strengthen rural economies, and empower women to become financially independent and socially confident.
